Large villa set in acres of olive groves and mature garden, with ten bedrooms, floodlit swimming pool (10x5m)
For those wanting to get away and relax in idyllic countryside and lovely gardens yet be just a short drive from one of Marche's most intoxicating cities - Ascoli Piceno - look no further than this grand and well appointed villa.
Downstairs is a large open plan vaulted dining room occasionally used for staging wedding receptions but now just for our clients' private enjoyment.Upstairs are the sleeping quarters and a simple kitchen and dining room, while in the annex to the side is a second fully equipped ground floor kitchen, ideal for eating out under the portico.
The property is situated in the hills outside Ascoli Piceno in the vicinity of the small hamlet of Abbazia di Rosara, just half an hour's drive from the Adriatic Coast and the same distance from the Apennine mountains. Most boxes can be ticked for the discerning Italianophile here, from art and culture in the historic surrounding towns to walking, trekking, horseriding or just relaxing by the pool. And the restaurants in the area are renowned for their wonderful cuisine and reasonable prices.

There are not many properties with this amount of space to cater for a large family like ours so very happy to find it. Downstairs vaulted ceilings in the large dining room living room area were beautiful and provided a cool retreat. Layla M.
Privacy, space, olive groves to walk in and Ascoli Piceno is a gem, so beautiful and full of hisotry. Miletti cafe in the marble square is a must!!!
Downstairs kitchen a hop across in the barn next door but actually worked well there in the end
